North Miami native Prez P brings out the vibes with his melodic, motivation “Cloud Raps”. Prez first emerged onto the underground Miami rap scene with his group “Da Camp” in 2011. They debuted their mixtape: 7 Day Weekend: Campin Out In The RV (on Datpiff), followed by 7Day Weekend: Bumpin olDCool later on that year. In 2012 Da Camp released their project “VII Day Vacay” which was voted  “2012 Mixtape Of The Year” on


Later in 2012 Prez began building his solo career with the release of his first album “DreamSucceeDie”. Miami is home to a whole different breed of creative artists, and Prez put the spotlight on this with the release of “Highatus," a mixtape with the compilation of tracks featuring Prez with various South Florida artist. During this timeframe the #MiamiNewTimes named Prez P as the number #3 of the ten best young rappers on the come up.

Without any breaks on his grind Prez showed up and took his flow to another level with his second solo album “The Ambiance”. As a followup to DSD Prez reached out to producers from various regions. 

Starting in 2014 Prez went on an EP frenzy dropping projects with various Miami producers such as Young McFly (305 Degrees In the Sunshine 2014), Nuez (Carrera Music 2014), Pyramids ( The Preztige 2015), On the hot streak, Prez pushed the gas pedal joining forces with Big Nics with the release of “Too Player Mode” in 2016.  Off of this project the song “Switch It Up” made it to the soundtrack of the film ”The Florida Project” (2017) which was nominated for 17 nominations, winning 7 awards including Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer.


While releasing EPs from 2014-2016 keeping everyone busy with consistent projects, Prez was silently working on his most prized project. “Prezidential ” During the year 2016 things picked up for Prez once again in the film business, his first single off Prezidential “Play That Funk” had the honors of being featured in an Oscar Award Winning film “Moonlight”. Also he entered Sways Universe on #SwayInTheMorning radio show multiple times highlighting the talent in Miami once again. Finally after an anticipated long wait Prezidential touched the airwaves in 2017 reaching new heights and levels of versatility.  “Prezidential” added two more songs into the movie soundtrack world with “Do It All Again,” & ”Ride Wit Me” on the film “New Magic City Hustle” (2019). 


In 2019 Prez continues to be a pioneer and trail blazer for the Miami hip hop scene and has continued to turn up the heat in Miami releasing two more projects “Prezi” & ”Smoke Session”. Stay tuned!
